LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY PARTNERSHIPS

Eclipse works in strategic partnership with a number of local educational authorities to provide customised training for their school improvement officers and to develop tailor-made professional development programmes for their schools.  

Eclipse is now the preferred supplier for a number of authorities, both for training their own staff and for supporting intensive programmes of professional development for middle and senior managers in their schools.   One such example is our work with Calderdale Children's Service Department, which is now been established for over five years and is a central plank in the authority's educational development programme each year.

REGIONAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY PARTNERSHIPS

Eclipse works with a number of regional groups assisting with reviews, monitoring and the provision of advice in relation to their work.   For instance, Eclipse has carried out a full review of special educational needs professional development provision in the 16 local education authorities making up the North West Regional SEN partnership and has contributed to the planning and development of future programmes.
