INTERNATIONAL CONTRACTS SPAIN - NABSS Eclipse has an ongoing contract with the National Association of British Schools in Spain (NABSS) to provide professional development to their schools. This involves the negotiation, planning, design and delivery of a series of workshops to support the NABSS annual conference alongside a programme of working with school owners, managers and head teachers to support models of school self-evaluation and improvement. GIBRALTAR Eclipse has worked extensively with the Government of Gibraltar Department of Education and Training since 1998. Key features of this work include providing all training for First and Middle Schools for the introduction of Literacy and Numeracy Strategies, negotiating, planning, designing and delivering a modular diploma in special educational needs for all special educational needs co-ordinators through a UK University, and working with all head teachers and Government advisers in developing models of school self-evaluation. Eclipse has introduced and implemented a continuous programme of focused visits using Ofsted criteria, including advisers, head teachers and teachers, and has also introduced and established a programme of Performance Management including training for every teacher in Gibraltar.
